Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does it usually take to receive my order?
A: Orders can take two weeks to get to your doorstep depending on your location but are usually much quicker. Orders are shipped out to customers from Portland, Oregon.

Q: When will the next Underwater Salmon video be available?
A: "Underwater Salmon - Astonishing Egg Bites" is our next salmon fishing title and it should be available sometime in the first week of December 2006.

Q: How will the order show up on my credit card statement?
A: There are one of two companies that will appear on your credit card statement. Action Outdoors TV, LLC. is the company that will appear on your credit card statement with one exception: If you purchase ONLY includes the Underwater Salmon Series fishing videos, then Professional Fishing Products, Inc. will be the name that appears on your credit card statement. This is due to the fact that Action Outdoors TV and Professional Fishing Products, Inc. co-own the Underwater Salmon series of videos. If your order includes both Underwater Salmon Series videos and other products in the store then Action Outdoors TV, LLC. is the processing company.

Q: How many more underwater fishing videos will there be?
A: We currently have three underwater salmon videos and will continue to produce fishing videos focusing on other species of fish as well. Steelhead, Tuna, Walleye, and others will eventually hit the stores in the future if the demand remains.

Q: What other videos are available from Action Outdoors TV?
A: We are producing all of our television episodes into DVD's that will be available at this store coming soon. Each weeks episode for a total of 26 episodes per season will be available for purchase individually or as a package set.
